| Generic Image Library |
|
Generic Image Library (GIL) is an open source C++ image-processing
library that I wrote together
with Lubomir Bourdev at Adobe Systems Incorporated. GIL abstracts
image presentations from image-processing algorithms. It is designed
such that its performance is on par with hand-written code for
particular image formats. GIL is part of Boost. GIL is freely
available in a stand-alone version at http://opensource.adobe.com/gil or with Boost at http://www.boost.org.
