Research Interests
My research is generally in the area of
computational computer vision and
image processing
with a particular interest in
medical
image analysis. I have been focusing on
applying techniques from
partial
differential equations,
differential geometry,
control theory, and
signal processing
to problems in computer vision and medical imaging. My recent
work is in shape analysis, the interplay between shape analysis and
optimization problems, and dynamical models of shapes.
